Meet Nance
Nance owns the Club and hosts every reservation. Not a caterer, not a restaurant — a person who cooks well, in her own kitchen, for people who are in her house.
Which is why there are days she makes cobbler because the peaches were good, not because cobbler was on a plan.
If you have a preference, say so when you book. She usually says yes.
